From grade school through high school, then out into the “Real World” - most people are familiar with the expression: “Like comparing apples to oranges.” Normally this describes a comparison between two things that are not necessarily alike. Although typically one is not better than the other, it is just a way of saying that two things are different. However, when MAHLE Clevite is involved in an “apples to oranges” comparison, rarely are they equal. Whether the apples measure the quality of the parts or the service levels that are behind the quality; invariably there are more apples involved in MAHLE Clevite product than the competitors. Another instance is measuring price differences. Every Victor Reinz® gasket set contains every part needed to complete the job - many competitors provide half the parts needed for the same job but at a similar price or a few dollars less. Of course, just having the parts is not always enough - they need to be the right parts.
